This sweet boy had just arrived home from a long NICU stay. His parents were so brave and excited to celebrate him coming home. Being a Gaithersburg MD Newborn Photographer allows me to enter in some of the happiest moments of a family’s life.

Their living room had really good light so we started there with his portraits. I bring a simple white background along with me to every newborn photo session. This allows your babies features to truly shine. His dark hair and bright eyes were so beautiful!

We then moved upstairs for a few cuddling moments on the master bed. I love how close and soft these images feel. I stepped outside of the room to give them a few private snuggles and they are my favorite images. His Daddy is an officer at the U.S. Capitol and he was given the flag that was flying the day his son was born. What a unique and wonderful heirloom. I find it such a joy to be a Gaithersburg MD Newborn Photographer.
