This fall session at the Capitol was full of all my favorite things! I love the iconic DC location, the white pillars and wide open space for children to run. This sweet family is dear friends of mine and we always have the best time together. With Irish and American roots, this family is so comfortable and relaxed. We always get into wonderful conversations while the girls play.

We have met all over DC for their annual family photos but I love that they chose their fall session at the Capitol. It’s close to their home and they walk the grounds regularly. Once you’ve lived in DC for any amount of time it starts feeling very “small town.” You can bump into someone you know any time you go out. I love that about the city.
