Last year brought us so much joy and the best gift of little Jesse. He has been the perfect addition to our family. I’ve learnt so much personally and in my business. The one thing that I want to embrace more in 2026 is taking things slowly. In a world that rushes it can almost feel like you are doing something wrong if you choose intention and slow growth. When I choose to do less, I enjoy life so much more. I do my tasks and mother well. I’m more gentle and aware of the needs around me. This world needs more gentleness.

This year will bring many changes to our family and it feels exciting and daunting at the same time. I cannot wait to settle into country living but that first means the inevitable move and saying goodbye to our amazing city. The house is coming along wonderfully and we are now in the “fun stage” of deciding paint colors, tile and light fixtures. Both Daniel and I love this part and thankfully agree on most things. I still haven’t convinced him on wall paper yet but I haven’t given up. 🙂
