I fell in love with these Bishop’s Garden Washington DC Maternity Photos. I’m so thrilled with all the lovely garden options throughout the Washington DC area. The Bishop’s Garden offers a wonderful mix of architecture, florals and greenery. The garden lies below the towering steeples of the National Cathedral. It has winding stone pathways, a corner full of roses and a sweet little fish pool that I like to show toddlers as a reward after their session.

My clients attend church at St. Alban’s and it felt like the perfect location for their maternity session. We started out their session in the garden and then walked around the Cathedral to a spot tucked away that has the most wonderful arched windows and fountain. They are waiting to find out the gender of their baby which I think is so fun! They still brought along a sweet sonogram photos which I love incorporating into a few images for their gallery.
