This cozy winter newborn session felt incredibly special in so many ways. Little Theodore (Teddy) was longed and prayed for. I personally know how years of infertility feels. When I get to celebrate alongside another couple, it’s such an incredible honor. It felt like we were friends from the start. We talked about hospital care, what it’s like to birth large babies and their IVF journey. I hold each of my client’s stories very close.

We started their cozy winter newborn session upstairs in the master bedroom. I loved all the white and blue tones of the room. Their home was stunning, with a classic yet victorian feel. We then moved downstairs for a few in the kitchen and entry way. Teddy was so happy the entire time, even posing for a few photos with their family dog. So grateful I get to capture these first memories of you with your little ones.

I live in NE DC but travel to Northern Virginia, Maryland and the surrounding areas. Being a Washington DC Newborn Photographer, I capture your family in the comfort of your own home.
