This light-filled family session was so pretty on a fall morning. Bishop’s Garden is the perfect mix of florals and greenery. We started out the session with the little boy running and scraping his knee before one photo was taken. This can sometimes ruin a photo session but the parents were amazing! They scooped him up, comforted him and started to play. He dried his tears and we had the best time together.

I see the light already changeling from summer to fall. I notice it every years as it softens and becomes warmer. The humidity leaves and we are allowed to drink in the morning and evenings fully.

We walked around Bishop’s Garden catching pretty light, looking at flowers and enjoying the time together as a family. Photo sessions are truly special and I love to think of my clients remembering them with fond memories. At the end if there is time and the kiddos are still holding up well (I stash balloons in my camera bag for this time) I always try to get a few photos of just the parents together.
