This DC maternity session felt like such a dream. Everything aligned so well with the time we met and the weather. The cloud cover let us get this classic DC images in front of the reflecting pool. We even got a shot of the Lincoln Memorial although it’s been under construction for awhile now. The ducks were very interested in gettin in a few photos as well.

Corrine chose the most stunning dress and paired it perfectly with her husbands pants -pink in honor of baby girl arriving soon. She also chose earrings that said “mama” as a gentle touch.

We then drove to the DAR building for a few images with more architecture. I love this location with it’s high columns that feel so grand and the green trees behind the terrace walls.

I always enjoy when clients find me online. Corrine messaged me through Instagram and then we chatted back and forth for awhile. This always helps it feel like we know each other a little bit even before we meet for the fist time. I hope you enjoy this DC maternity session as much as I do.
