I adore watching toddlers become the “big child.” It’s such a special transition in their lives. Little Eleanor is dearly loved already and the family had such a sweet bond. I love when families book a maternity session along with a newborn session. I already know the family well by the time I take their newborn session. I love this because newborn sessions feel so intimate. Parents are adjust along with their children and everyone has a lot less sleep. It feels easier when you already know your photographer.

We photographed half the newborn session in the Master Bedroom and then went outside for a few images. I love the variety this brings to an at-home newborn session.
