The Brandt family has been dear friends of ours ever since we moved to DC. They have been such an encouragement to us during our adoption journey. They are so invested in their community and the church abroad. Caleb is a senior this year and Timothy isn’t far behind. Somehow time continues to fly. We walked around the Supreme Court gardens and reminisced where we were 20 years ago to the day on 9/11. Randy was working in the Courthouse and I was playing first base during PE in elementary school. We enjoyed the most beautiful afternoon enjoying the Capitol area.
