I adore photographing couples who are waiting for their first baby to arrive. It’s just so special. Every thing is new and uncharted. They hold on to each other in the beautiful unknowns and the countless “firsts.” These two were no exception. I could sense the anticipation in the first email Annemarie sent me.

They chose Union Station as their location because they traveled to New York City many times from here and it’s a special place to them. Sweet couple, sentimental location and my camera…all of my favorite things and I always leave these sessions with a heart so full with gratitude it could burst.
