What have you been doing over this time to serve your clients? I know, it’s hard to think about serving when we can’t see our clients face to face. But there are a host of other ways you can serve them and even turn a potential client into a raving fan without actually hiring you…yet. Here are just a few ways you can serve them and in turn get you front of mind when they do decide to book a photo session.

1. Show up
This is hard right with not a lot of fresh content or to feel motivated but it’s so, so important. If you disappear they will forget about you. Out of sight, out of mind; it’s that simple.
2. Blog consistently
Once again, this is hard to do without a ton of fresh content but think creatively. Learn to pivot, ask questions, and answer your clients needs.
3. Serve them
Get creative here and have fun. Write all your clients a card. Send them a personal email or voice message. Any touch points you can do to genuinely check in and care, they will remember you.
4. Serve your newsletter
If someone had given you their email address they expect to get something in return. Share tutorials, design a quote, talk about what to expect when things open back up or give away a beautiful photo for a phone background…
5. Be positive
It can be discouraging right now with so many sessions and potential money that should be coming in, that isn’t. If you can stay joyful and give your clients a safe, happy place to come to, it’s such a gift! Being honest and real is important too. It creates trusts and gives them a reason to hire you when we’re through this.
