I was so excited when Natalie reached out about taking Mother’s Day photos. Their home is a lovely farmhouse with a full porch so we had the entire session outside. We started on the porch and then kicked off our shoes for a few photos running in the grass barefoot. The children are at such fun-and busy-stages. Little Scarlet even did her own hair and makeup for the session-which explained the clump of goo in her hair. I adore when parents let children be their own little person even for photo sessions, it makes for even more Enjoy their spring, at-home session in the front yard!
