Hadley turned one and she couldn’t have been any cuter! Her Mama went all out with a pink tutu, “birthday girl” T-shirt, and “one” balloon. We met at the Library of Congress on a surprisingly mild day for February. She hammed it up for the camera and was just adorable. I love all the different spots this location has to offer. We started on the front steps of the LOC and then went below. After, we walked over to the Supreme Court for a few more photos and had such a relaxing time together.
