My sister Deanna visited me over Christmas and it happened to be a gorgeous day. DC typically isn’t that warm in December. We drove to Catholic University-right around the corner from our house-and took their family photos. Deanna loves green so the pine trees and architecture made the perfect background. The children did so well. It can be tricky photographing children that know me well, they are so comfortable that sometimes they won’t cooperate very well. Maggie and Melchi did great! Enjoy their winter family session in DC.
