Embracing the beautiful everyday of parenthood.

These are all things I try to capture during a family session. When Carolyn reached out to me and said she wants her family captured in their home doing “family things” I was thrilled! And that’s just what we did. Being a Mama of 3 boys, she simply embraced the energy of her beautiful children. They tussled, played super hero and the parents laughed during it all. I almost cried when she emailed me afterwards and asked me not to touch up her boy’s birth mark on his face. I was so touched. Unless it’s something like a rash or big bruise (because these things happen with kiddos and always right before photo shoots) I never edit or touch my clients. She embraced her children just the way they were created. Every unique perfection.

To have the honor of savoring the magically mundane moments with this family was a complete joy to me.
