So you scheduled your spring session, hoping for beautiful blossoms and warm weather. But now the dreaded question….what to wear?! No need to stress, I have a few suggestions, tips and favorite boutiques to share with you.

Helpful Tips:

Color Palette. I prefer light and airy colors for spring sessions. Blush, cream, lavender, light blue, and even yellow works well.

Add Lace. I love when clients add a touch of lace to their outfits. This adds a feminine feel and interesting dimension to your photographs.

Flowing Dresses. You know by now I’m a “dress girl.” Long dresses add motion and a bit of romance to your photos and always flatter anyone. A floral chiffon is a wonderful choice.

Braided Hair. I suggest styling your hair to add interest to your portraits. This can easily be done by adding a few braids to your hair. Keeping your hair loosely pulled back adds to the whimsical and light feel of spring. Look here for a few ideas.
