This is probably the 5th or 6th time photographing the Hudgins family. Each time gets more fun as the children grow and become their own little people and personalities. Sarah reached out to me and asked if she was too late for a holiday session, but I thought it was the perfect time to catch some festive Christmas lights for their holiday session.

It just happened to be raining that afternoon-not drizzling- raining. They were absolute troopers and tucked the children in coats while they took turns getting photos with their children. City Center is simply lovely this time of year so we caught several family shots and then walked the alley to get the hanging lights and snowflakes.

I love parents who care more about capturing moments with their children that what their hair looks like or getting rained on. It’s so special to be able to create something beautiful and memories for them to enjoy each year.
