The Library of Congress is one of my favorite places to shoot at, hands down. All the white steps and walls bounce the light and makes everything bright and dreamy. I had a beautiful morning together with the Cooch family. The children were so fun-even with the chilly weather. There may have ice cream cones as rewards after the session. 🙂
