Last Friday two of my sisters drove to Dc to see the Cherry Blossoms. We had been trying to schedule a visit for some time but nothing seemed to work. This happened last minute and all fell into place. We took the children on a carasoul ride at the Smithsonian. My nephew said he rode the “fastest, most biggest horse in the world!” I love toddlers imagination.

The blossoms weren’t at full peak yet but the Tidal Basin was still so pretty.

When a tourist asked to take our photo together Deanna and I were so excited we both grabbed a child and ended up blocking my sister Debra….
