Christmas is only 3 days away!

I put together a list of 3  favorite places to shop in DC. I love when I can find locally crafted gifts-they tend to be more personal and who doesn’t want to support other entrepreneurs?! You last minute shoppers…this is for you.

Salt and Sundry: They are a hip Home Goods store in beautifully curated spaces. You can find food, rugs, baby items, and lovely home decor. The best part is they support a lot of local artisans. Their candles smell amazing! Be sure to browse through their newest shop: The Little Leaf. It’s full of terra-cotta pots, succulents and beautiful paper items. 

Maketto: From wallets, sneakers, bill caps, and watches….they have a great selection for guys. The retail shop is downstairs but don’t forget to grab a cup of coffee on their second floor. And a croissant!

Cherry Blossom: They make maps of local Dc neighborhoods. I tried looking for Edgewood -our neighborhood- for ages and couldn’t find it until I bumped into the sweet ladies form Cherry Blossom at the Holiday Market. The maps are full of color and hand illustrated. A great conversational piece/work of art for any room.
