All my clients mean the world to me but when they are family, it’s extra special. Plus they drove all the way from Pennsylvania in Dc traffic for me to photograph their engagements. I felt so honored!

We walked along the canal in Georgetown. I know that Katie has a love for Paris so we finished the session in a little side-street by Olivia Macaron. The iron table, macarons and couple was just perfect. The odd thing about Dc though is all the tourists. One particular gentleman was literally walking circles around us taking photos of me taking photos. Then (for about 15-20 minutes) we couldn’t find their car in the parking garage, but they were so casual about everything and it made for several good laughs.
