I first heard about The Event through Facebook friends. Justin and Mary Marantz were hosting an event at The Fillmore with several amazing speakers! Some how every thing lined up with work and I was able to attend. I’m SO glad I did. I may have even gotten “googly-eyed” several times. I mean, it was one room filled with some of the most key people in the industry.

The best part…they are just as kind and genuine in person as they are online. I laughed and cried and came away with the desire to SERVE. Serve my family and friends more intentionally in 2016. To prioritize my life in such a way that I am available and serving my clients and family to my best ability.

This past year I had several “burnt out” moments. I have never been good at saying no. My health, husband, clients, and church family suffered because of it. As Abby Grace said; “I want to give My Best, not The Rest of me.”   With the New Year I felt some anxiety and fear with what it might bring. Sure, there are always unknowns and some fear comes with that, but if we just slow down and take time for ourselves to just breathe; the problem never looks so big.

Jeremiah 29:11-13. For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
