Tonight I have the candles lite, music playing, and my husband is cooking supper. Any normal day this would feel perfect

-but after all the festivities with family; I am hit with a twinge of loneliness.

The one name for Christ that  keeps coming back to me this season is: Emmanuel-“God is with us”.

No  matter what we feel or may be going through He is here.

No matter what it may hold, I am so thankful we have Emmanuel with us in the coming New Year.
