I stumbled across this old book store when I visited Eastern Market this week.

The entire store is covered in books from floor to ceiling.

I’m not even a book fan at all but I love when I can find a one-of-a-kind-shop.

This was certainly one of them!The brick side-walk with red Geraniums gave me a welcoming feel.When you walk through the door that musty-book-smell hits you.

The clerk-an elderly woman with glasses perched on the end of her nose- gave me a nod. There was no labeling except for these little post-it notes 🙂I found two of my favorite childhood books:

Ann of Green Gables and

The Sugar Creek Gang.The clerk hand-wrote all the receipts-it was like I stepped back in time.Stop by and visit if you ever get the chance!
