I thought I would share a few of Danny and I’s favorite places to visit and eat in DC.

Big Bear:

a small coffee shop just two blocks from our houseIt has lots of room to park your bike if you are living in the city with street parking as a second option.It is located on the corner of First and R NW.Beautiful outside seating with lightsGrapes and other veggies line the walkThe front door is covered with ivyThe chefs do a great job with the food!

They have a light menu for breakfast and lunch,

and offer 4 differant entrees for dinner.

A great place to come and catch up on emails or have a date night!It’s the little details…One of my favorite meal: grilled cheese, fresh squeezed orange juice, with greens.If you look close there is a bear on the roof off to the right.Wonderful drinks and free Wifi Fun fact: my Dad drives the truck that delivers their produce!
