This lovely couple drove all the way from the Eastern Shore and wanted the dreamy look of the magnolia blossoms at Rawlins Park alongside an iconic DC backdrop. Since it was a cloudy morning we chose the Capitol as their second location. I love the mix of white marble with her soft chiffon dress.
