This Fall Family Session in DC felt magical at the DAR building. This is one of my favorite locations to shoot at in the Spring and Fall. The architecture is stunning especially when the light streams in.

This was the hottest session of my career so far. We evening moved it to an hour later in hopes it would be a few degrees below 100. But my clients showed up excited and embraced the heat anyway. We started out under the columns of the building and then moved around the space to get a few images with greenery too. I like a mix to offer in a client’s gallery.

We then walked across the street to the Red Cross building. It has this gorgeous overhanding magnolia tree out front and I adore it! We even snuck in a few portraits of just Mom and Dad at the very end. I hope you enjoy browsing this fall family session in DC.
