Last Friday we celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary. And by celebrated, I mean we both opened the ice cream shop and then I drove to PA to photograph a wedding. Several years ago I would have looked at us and felt sad. Sure, a trip to Puerto Rico (our favorite place on the earth) would’ve been lovely but there’s something sweet about a happy normal. We love working side by side and after ten years I wouldn’t trade our comfortable moments for anything.

He is faithful and steady. If we made it through this past year, I know the next 10 will just get better.

We dream.

We wait.

We fail.

We build.

But we do it all tougher and that the beauty of it. I love you Daniel.
