These intimate Mommy and Me photos are so dear to my heart. Similar to my journey to motherhood, this mother waited and prayed for their sweet baby boy for years. I had the honor of capturing their newborn photos and I was delighted to return for his 3 month milestone as well.

We discussed the images we wanted to capture together beforehand. We knew we wanted intimate mommy and me photos so we started out just snuggling on the master bed. I love these images of momma laughing and gently touching her little boy.

We then moved into their stunning bathroom. I love how intimate naked baby photos feel. Even the simplest tasks like giving your baby a bath can make such lovely imagery. As a mother, it can feel hard to actually be in your child’s photos because you are always the one taking the picture. I love when clients are intentional about documenting their baby with them in the images as well. It’s such a gift to any child that they will treasure for years to come.
