Hi friend! My name is Jessica, I am a family and portrait photographer based in Washington Dc. I am a Christian, wife, and identical twin. I love lilacs, candles, rainy days and honesty. I love finding joy in simple things.
This year my Mother wanted a photo of her and Dad with all the grandchilden. My sister decided to decorate the old sleigh. It has sat in the barn ever since I can remember. (I used to play on it when it still had green velvet seats) Before we knew it everyone was jumping on for photos!
Over the river and through the woods
To Grandfather’s house we go.
The horse knows the way
To carry the sleigh
Through white and drifted snow.
Over the river and through the wood To have a first-rate play. Hear the bells ring, Ting-a-ling-ling! Hurrah forThanksgiving Day!
Over the river and through the wood — Oh, how the wind does blow! It stings the toes And bites the nose, As over the ground we go.
Over the river and through the wood, And straight through the barnyard gate. We seem to go Extremely slow — It is so hard to wait!
Over the river and through the wood — Now Grandmother’s cap I spy! Hurrah for the fun! Is the pudding done? Hurray for the pumpkin pie!
I am so incredibly thankful for my family! I wish you all Joy and Peace this holiday season.
